And if, like me, you're a fan of the leathers, the "you feel me brother" snappy dialogue, the old ladies and the angst and dramas that surround the MC Club then it's got to be a YES creditworthy listen. Worth a credit? For any fan of this well written series, I guess this saga must be listened to and it leads to what the now nasty ex member ZZ has just stumbled on to create havoc for the Horsemen in the next book. There are some very tender touching scenes, mild sex and, as Dorothy and Hawk rekindle their love, there are bitter-sweet times as their futures look so bleak. But this was a sad, heartbreaking, poignant, raw, gut-wrenching, fleetingly happy story about forgiveness, redemption, bad decisions, lost opportunities and eventually, through it all, finally peace and love do prevail. There's still the usual misfit secondary characters in the Club and the strong brotherhood, loyalty and honor that brings. In short, this is not a 'feel good' romance but a sad insight into the turmoil, devastation, hurt and heartache that they each had on one-another's lives. There's also a secondary storyline involving exiled ZZ and the Russian Mafia which has devastating and heartbreaking consequences that progresses the story years ahead.

If you've followed the previous books then this starts 7 years after Dorothy was shot and, now they're in their 40's, we get emotional flashbacks over the years and the coming to terms with the effects that the poor choices that each of them made during that time has had on each of their lives. but whichever it is it's a moving account of lives lived, missed opportunities and a long awaited HEA ending. You're either going to love the story or be disappointed by it.

it's one of regrets and the emotional pain that the love triangle caused in the lives of Jase and his family, Dorothy and her son and Hawk. I have loved all of the previous Hell's Horsemen MC books, the characters, the romance, the quick wit, the humor and the sex but this is a TOTALLY different kind of story.

THERE'S PAIN, TEARS, REGRETS & AN ENDURING LOVE
